Why the name "23.3 degrees"?
The Earth spins around an axis, but the Earth's axis is not vertical. It's tilted and oscillates between about 22.1 and 24.5 degrees, so we averaged it out and went with 23.3°. The cycle of seasons is caused by our planet's tilt toward the Sun. The four seasons - spring, summer, autumn, and winter are periods of the year with distinct weather conditions and day lengths. Did you know? It takes about 365.25 days for the Earth to orbit the Sun. We have leap years to make up for the extra ¼ day!

Dani & Benji are the owners of 23.3 degrees, a fully remote company based in Orlando, FL. After working together as Cast Members for The Walt Disney Company, they each took their own path in terms of career and expertise.
Benji is analytical, strategic, and technically minded, with an MBA from Florida Tech, and years of experience with companies like Fidelity Investments and Evolved Finance. His focus is on Business Administration, Project Management, and Finance.
Dani is all about human interaction. She focuses on Client Relations, Customer Service, and Employee Engagement. She has worked for The Walt Disney Company, The American Red Cross, Alpine School District, and Scera Center for the Arts.
With over 20 years of experience, there is no project too big or too small for them to tackle!
